- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing
Free Tier
The free tier provides limited access to the Service at no cost. Free tier limitations may change at any time.
Pro Subscription
The Pro subscription provides unlimited access to all features for $9.99 per month (or current listed price). By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel at any time through your account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service excessively
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Violate eBay's terms of service while using our Service
- Use the Service to engage in fraudulent activities
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Spare Time Is Money and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
We do not guarantee that the Service will help you find deals or make profitable purchases. Investment and purchasing decisions are made at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPARE TIME IS MONEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Purchasing decisions based on Service data
- Business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spare Time Is Money and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to:

- Change pricing with 30 days notice
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
